Our Heart. Our History.
Reach is a ministry of First New Testament Church that strives to spread the love of Christ throughout the world. God has provided us with so many opportunities to share the Gospel and meet the physical needs of a hurting world (such as clean water, medical care, the freedom of slaves, the construction of homes and buildings, etc.) in over 70 nations and 1000 people groups. It is our utmost desire to see a world freed in Christ, filled with abundant joy, and encouraged in His grace so that Jesus Christ might be glorified throughout the universe.
Reach has been operating as FNT Missions under First New Testament Church for over 30 years. “For this is what the Lord has commanded us: I have made you a light for the Gentiles to bring salvation to the end of the earth” Acts 13:47. God’s heart is that all may know Him. He has placed that burden in us and we have had many doors opened to us to bring His gospel and His compassion all over the world. Through First New Testament Church, Reach works closely with several partnered churches throughout the year in evangelistic outreach, medical missions, humanitarian aid, pastor’s conferences, and numerous other outlets. The Lord has opened many doors through these pastors, churches, and ministries. The arms of our church are literally reaching around the world.
As invitations come, we are committed to bringing the gospel, hope, and love of Jesus Christ into every region of the world. There are also countries and missions that we are consistently working with and supporting through giving and/or prayer.
Based out of First New Testament Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA, our team is dedicated to bringing the Gospel and love of Christ to every nation. It is our deepest desire to bring encouragement to Christians and hope to a suffering and desperate world. We are thrilled to be a part of what God is doing in the world and eager to be used.
Our team is dedicated to seeing the salvation, freedom and love of Christ spread over the earth through various avenues such as: prison ministry, children’s ministry, evangelism, pastors and leaders conferences, freeing of slaves, providing clean, accessible water and food to the hungry, and so much more!
We are thrilled to be a part of the work that the Lord is doing and excited to see how He moves in the future!
